The paper deals with the target of striving for a disease free zone for farm animals using machine learning techniques. For the disease free zone creation, LEAS( Livestock Expert Advisory System) is a method for offline browsing with an optimistic approach that maintain medical treats, prevention and curing methods for an acquired disease, a built of livestock expert advisory system was developed with artificial intelligence techniques. System produces optimistic disease which is reliable to the entered symptoms, along with the curing methods. It consists of hybrid implementation of three mechanisms namely Rule-Based System [1], Artificial Bee Colony Optimization (ABC)[2]and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)[3]. Livestock expert system is a hybrid architecture which consists of knowledge base information.

Nimesulide (Biphenyl Ether) derivatives were synthesized by four steps, Step-1-Ulmaan ether synthesis, Step-2-Reduction of NO2, Step-3-Condensation reaction, Step-4-Nitration and evaluated for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities. The compounds have been characterized on the basis of preliminary methods, spectral data and tested for anti-inflammatory activity and compared with standard drug as per the standard drug rat hind paw edema method by using Plethesimograph and analgesic activity by Eddies-hotplate method. Among the derivatives prepared, few showed the moderate activity and few showed decreased activity.

The results have shown that the Aryloxy-4-thiazolidinone derivatives are found to be effective anti-bacterial agents. The synthesized compounds were elucidated by spectral data. By analysis of IR, NMR and MASS spectral data the compounds reveals the successful information of Aryloxy-4-thiazolidinone derivatives. The synthesized compounds were screened for their anti-bacterial activities by using standard as ampicilin and are found to be effective chemotherapeutic agent. The synthesis of Thiazolidinones by the described methods resulted in the products with good yield. Keywords

Pyrazoline derivatives are found to be chemotherapeutically active and they are found to possess anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and analgesic activities. The objective of the dissertation work is to synthesize and characterization of 3,5-di-substituted pyrazolines and also to study their anti-bacterial activities. The method followed to synthesize 3,5 di-substituted pyrazolines are as follows: The results have shown that the 3,5 di-substituted pyrazoline derivatives are found to be effective anti-bacterial agents. The synthesized compounds were elucidated by spectral data. By analysis of IR, NMR and MASS spectral data the compounds reveals the successful information of 3,5-di-substituted pyrazolines and also about different aromatic groups at position 3 and 5.The synthesized compounds were screened for their anti-bacterial activities by using standard as ampicillin and are found to be effective chemotherapeutic agent. The synthesis of pyrazolines by the described methods resulted in the products with good yield. Keywords
